Shipping policy

Order Processing

• All orders must be paid in full before shipping.
• Orders placed after 1:00 PM Central Time will ship the following business day, regardless of shipping speed selected.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will ship on the next business day.
• Once shipped, an order cannot be canceled. To return a product, please refer to our Return Policy.

Shipping Rates

• Free Shipping: Orders $99 or more ship free within the contiguous U.S. only.
• Contiguous U.S. (under $99): Flat rate $15 shipping fee.
• Alaska and Hawaii: Do not qualify for free shipping. All orders to these locations incur a $45 flat rate shipping fee.

Tracking and Delivery

• Tracking information will be sent to the purchaser’s email within 24 business hours of placing the order.
• Replacement shipments for missing orders will only be issued 48 hours after the carrier’s stated delivery window has passed.

Delivery Timeframes

• Shipping times vary by carrier and location. Most standard shipments arrive within 3–7 business days after dispatch.
• Expedited options are available at checkout where applicable.
• Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, or other unforeseen factors.
