Giveaway Rules

1. Sponsor

The raffle (“Promotion”) is sponsored by Motul USA located at 5836 Corporate Avenue, Suite 150, Cypress, CA 90630 (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor and their immediate family members and persons living in the same household are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Promotion Period

The Promotion consists of seven (7) separate entry periods (each, an “Entry Period”) corresponding to select MotoAmerica race events, beginning in March 1, 2026 and ending in September 28, 2026. Each Entry Period starts at 12:00 a.m. local time on the first day of the applicable race event and ends at 11:59 p.m. local time on the last day of that race event (or as otherwise posted at the event or entry page).

4. How to Enter

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. During each Entry Period, entrants may enter by submitting their name and valid email address via https://mailchi.mp/9ed8b9b75d34/motul-saddlemen.
Limit one (1) entry per person/email address per Entry Period. Entries do not carry over between Entry Periods; a new entry is required for each race. Automated, bulk, or duplicate entries may be disqualified.

5. Winner Selection and Odds

For each Entry Period, one (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during that Entry Period. Drawings will occur on or about 3 days after the close of each Entry Period.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for the applicable Entry Period.

6. Prize (7 Total Prizes)

Each Entry Period winner will receive one (1) custom Motul Edition Saddlemen seat (each, a “Prize”).

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each Prize: $700. Total ARV of all Prizes: $4,900.

Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution is permitted except at Sponsor’s discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised Prize becomes unavailable.

7. Prize Conditions

Winner must provide necessary information (e.g., motorcycle make/model/year and shipping details) within 7 days of confirmation. Seat customization is subject to Sponsor’s specifications and production timelines. Delivery timing may vary. Any costs not expressly stated herein are the responsibility of the winner.

8. Winner Notification

Each potential winner will be notified via the email address provided at entry within 3 days after the applicable drawing. The potential winner must respond within 3 days to claim the Prize. If a potential winner does not respond in time, is ineligible, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, the Prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

9. Publicity Release

Except where prohibited, acceptance of a Prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use winner’s name, likeness, and city/state for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

10. Privacy

Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s privacy policy. By entering, entrants agree to receive communications related to the Promotion; they may opt out of marketing emails at any time.

11. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion (or any Entry Period) if fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries.

12. Release and Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Promotion or receipt or use of any Prize.

13. Disputes

Except where prohibited, entrants agree that any disputes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in the State of California. All issues concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law rules.
